• To prepare daily site reports and correspondence.
• To do site inspection to check on quality of works/progress of works/ defect inspection.
• To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to, problem and defects are attended to.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience.
• Able to plan and lead sub-contractors on day-to day operation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player, able to work hard and independently.

Job Requirement:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• Able to read & write in Mandarin and English
• Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an added advantage but not essential.
• Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
• Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
• Able to work in 24 Hours Rotational Shift (Rotational Off day. 5.5 / 6 days work per week, 8 hours per day)
