Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the MD to join our dynamic team based in JB/ Singapore. 

This role requires a blend of sales, business development, marketing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Job Description

• Responsible for Sales Budget and growth targets for APAC.
  Maintain and grow existing product business in respective markets, while venturing more opportunities in above country.
• Develop new business development activities including strategy development, tactical execution, and targeting new accounts with set objectives and goals to deliver and achieve potential revenue growth.

We are looking for an Associate, Rider Recruitment to be based in our Rider Hub located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to assist us in expanding our current fleet of riders across Malaysia. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Rider Recruitment. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the Rider Management team to develop recruiting strategies and create innovative ways to source candidates. This includes working with local universities/colleges and community job boards to post the roles.
• Use the existing Applicant Tracking System to manage the full cycle rider recruitment, including but not limited to:

1. Validating applicants’ documents
2. Contacting and managing prospective candidates.
3. Scheduling test rides for riders.
4. Screening drivers for capability and experience.

• Scheduling onboarding sessions and ensuring sessions are all filled. You will need to follow up and re-book candidates as needed.
• Assisting with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentations are completed.
