Job Overview:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in identifying,
attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. You will work closely
with our recruitment team to understand our clients' requirements, source potential candidates, and
assist in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the job requirements, job descriptions, and necessary skills for open positions.
Conduct research and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Assist in the screening and selection process, including conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback to candidates. Provide support to the recruitment team as needed, including administrative tasks such as managing job postings, applicant tracking, and other recruitment-related tasks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely communication with candidates.
• Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-6 months of experience in the Talent Acquisition field, particularly within the BPO/Contact Center industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates through various channels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Basic Salary: Php 21,000
Perfect Attendance Bonus: Php 3,500
