Job Responsibilities:

·       Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.

·       Monitor and control the distribution of all the quality documentation of the projects.

·       Develop and implement QA quality programs and  quality plans in accordance with the project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant managerial experience in the marine, aviation, or similar industries are required, along with a degree in engineering or quality assurance, or an equivalent.
• Qualified internal/lead auditor according to ISO9001:2015.
• Passing the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Exam with distinction.
• It will be advantageous to be able to comprehend CMM, especially the illustrated part listing (IPL) and the special equipment and tooling listing.
• Ideally has prior experience communicating with OEMs to expand capabilities.
• Lean, Kaizen, and 5S certification or expertise; or familiarity with standard quality tools and practices.
• Familiarity with pertinent standards and the capacity to learn about the guidelines pertaining to the quality systems unique to the aviation, maritime, and military sectors;

Duty & Responsibilities

• To schedule quality related Internal Audit, GMP Audit and preparation of annual management review meeting.
• Maintain all certified management systems (Quality, Environment, HACCP, Food Safety, Organic, RSPO, SEDEX etc.).
• Maintenance of Kosher certificate and Kosher cert application matters. Handle Kosher audit.
• To coordinate with Training officer to plan annual training/ or awareness on Quality, FSSC, RSPO training to all operational staff.
• Liaise with Purchasing Manager (for sub material) and Trading Manager (raw material) to conduct supplier audit.
• Handle customer's complaint and other quality and food safety related enquiries.
• To review annual contaminant screening results, and preparation of contaminant reports when requested by customers.

• Co-ordinate with Pest Controller for all pest control activities in the company.
• Handle all audits in the company as requested by certifying bodies and customers.

• Issue of PR in relation to external analysis by Certified external laboratory, and to monitor monthly analysis costing.

Requirement

• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 9 years work experience in QA field in edible oils and fats industry
  with 4 years of management experience in leading a team.

The roleA fantastic opportunity for a QA Manager to join the Bourne team working with multi retailers. You will manage a team of QAs on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Responsibilities:

YCH Group is looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to join a growing and fast-paced organization within the supply chain and logistics industry, and is willing to play a paramount role in supporting the QA team.

This candidate will take up a dual role, overseeing as a Pharmacist and a quality assurance manager within YCH Group:

Pharmacist Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide insights of Singapore healthcare industry landscape (Current & future)
2. Provide expertise and knowledge regarding key healthcare procurement system, cycle and supply chain requirements.
3. Main role is to administer, authorize and control of our inbound and outbound of vaccines to our customers.
4. Manage and maintain paperwork records for all drug recalls and corrective and preventive actions verification (if any).
5. Represent the company (together with Operations) in external meetings/discussions requiring pharmacist presence and expertise (e.g. Vendor meeting, meeting with new/prospective customer).
6. Support for migration/shifting operations on therapeutic and pharmaceutical products as per operations required.

QA Roles and Responsibilities:
7. Work jointly with operations, to ensure that SOPs (e.g. relating to receiving, storing and issuing functions) are compliant to local, global and customer requirements (e.g. HSA, GDP, Therapeutic license)
8. Audit processes (e.g. relating to receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control functions) and documentation, for compliance, traceability and accountability.
9. Application of relevant licenses for the company if necessary.
10. Ensure the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the company is in place.
11. Site QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.
12. Train internal quality auditor based on the ISO 9001 requirement.
13. Any other tasks as assigned by manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The reviewing of site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met
• The control of on site and off site vendor inspectors
• The compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages
• The coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements
• The attendance at site and inspection procurement meetings
• Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required
• Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors
• Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
• Review supplier material certificates
• Take part in supplier audit and surveillances
• Coordinate with the companies discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements

• Track all nonconformance reports

• Completion of CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination.
• Ability to interpret CMM, especially IPL and special equipment/tooling listings preferred.
• Experience in liaising with OEMs for capability expansion preferred.
• Certification or experience in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or familiarity with common quality tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in administering, maintaining, and developing Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean, or similar methodologies in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
