• To assist in maintenance work procurement and productivity;

• To monitor and review all the maintenance works by contractor and supplier;

Responsibilities:
1.    Plan, execute, and finalize projects within set deadlines and budgets.
2.    Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
3.    Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.

5.    Estimate resources and personnel needed to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

5.    Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Skills:
1.    PMP or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
2.    Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
3.    Experience with contract negotiation and management.
4.    Adept at conducting risk management.

• Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
• Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
• Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
• Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantitiesand estimates .
• Assist in anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.

Job Requirements & Person Specification 

(Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)  :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 
• No experience is required as in-house training will be provided.

Job Description

BASED IN SUBANG JAYA

1. Process invoices promptly and organize payment requisition from different project vendors;
2. Participation in project related meetings, meeting minutes record and follow up on action items;
3. Autocad knowledge is a must
4. Coordination of various engineering tasks and manage document control;
5. Handle incoming / outgoing office correspondence, including project drawings and other relevant documents;
6. Receive, check and accurately record information in the Project Management Information System (PMIS);
7. Arrange document signings and compilations, ensuring accuracy;
8. Provide administrative support to the project team, facilitating communication and workflow;
9.Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

Coordinates between customers and internal department; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
• Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
• Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
• Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• To participate NMM company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
