JOB SUMMARY

After onboarding activities for compliance training, benefit selection and introductory activities, the Associate Print Shop Operator will be assigned to equipment and processes such as:
High Speed Color Roll-feed and cut-sheet color printing, High-speed Mail Inserter, ID Card Production, Laminator, SendPro Meter, US Mail and Vendor Package Shipping, Mail Sort Preparation, Quality Control and other peripheral duties associated with a Print to Mail facility.
Incumbents will be trained by senior staff and co-workers. Performance will be tracked and measured by the incumbent’s demonstrated ability to learn new skills and put them to use effectively and consistently. Coaching and guidance by the incumbent’s team manager will provide constructive feedback on progress and deliverables on training, performance goals and core behaviors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Incumbent, on assigned equipment or processes will follow learned training techniques to meet strict guidelines in Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness to ensure multiple daily product deliveries are met. Incumbent will consistently address and escalate issues which impact Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness with senior staff or the Team Manager. Core Behavior competencies must align with the business code of conduct and working effectively and respectfully with co-workers and business partners at all times.

This position executes Documentation Control activities which includes:
Supports supervisor optimizing the resources within the shift to achieve key indicator goals as Safety, Quality, line output, yield and productivity rates, among others.
• Assure the production schedule adherence for his/her area providing support to the direct labor personnel. Communicate results or deviations of the production schedule to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the supervisor on administrative task as vacations coordination, direct labor attendance, personnel transportation, among others.
• Assure the manufacturing process is followed, documentation is filled out and the product is properly handled as to avoid any quality issues or discrepancies.
• Provides feedback to the supervisor related to personnel performance. Supports the supervisor providing continued feedback to direct labor, reinforcing and recognizing the desired behavior and confront the unaccepted behavior. Assure the company principles and policies are consistently followed.
• Might be responsible to keep track of the line metrics and report results on a daily basis.
• Additional to the normal duties should be capable to partially cover the supervisor responsibilities if needed taking people, safety and quality decisions as needed

Required Qualifications
Must have high school degree, Supervision, Engineering or similar career.

Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems, production metrics, and inventory control methods.
Demonstrated computer skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
Demonstrate proficiency in technical aspects of the position to achieve a high level of performance. For example proficiency controlling production indicators, SAP, Windchill, or other systems utilized on the manufacturing environment.

As the Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership to the production teams to deliver the business results and expectations on a day-to-day basis for one or more production areas. This position requires training in human resources/people skills, quality systems, and manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do
• Assess and correct peers' completion of Supervisory responsibilities for production teams including personnel scheduling, evaluating discipline, coaching, selection and training of staff.
• Lead and support any initiative to ensure regulatory compliance within all production areas with internal and external regulatory requirements (FDA, TUV, etc.). Responsible to report quality issues immediately and co-lead their investigation and solution.
• Develop and execute plans to accomplish the production goals, which include productivity indicators, schedule adherence, quality, cost and service while maintaining a safe environment. Have full responsibility / ownership of his/her area of production and related areas as gowning, clean corridors, etc. This includes analyzing different systems to evaluate the state of efficiency and compliance of his/her area of production and related areas.
• Analyze production line leading indicators with prior or following supervisor to ensure that the transition between shifts is adequate.
• Arrange reports to communicate production progress, accomplishments and issues as required. This may include leading daily meetings with staff and peers to discuss issues and determine future actions that impact overall production line. Analyses daily production metrics and establishes mechanisms to ensure that all processes are in compliance with standard procedures.

Job Summary
The Equipment Operator (Heavy), reporting to and receiving assignments from the Foreman or General Foreman, is responsible for operating designated heavy machinery or equipment. This role involves observing and following safety rules, wearing required personal safety equipment, and performing duties as directed. The Heavy Equipment Operator is expected to have 2-5 years of related experience and relevant certification. Heavy equipment may include, but is not limited to, Grader, Roller, Dozer, Backhoe and 8k-30k Forklifts.

About the role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Leachate Treatment System Operator position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Leachate Treatment System (LTS) in accordance with the standards outlined in the Operations & Maintenance Contract between Circon Environmental/STC Industrial and Pinewood Site Custodial Trust.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shift:
The new employee will typically work 8 to 10 hours Mon - Fri while training. Then shift work is 5 AM - 5 PM; (Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri,) the first week, followed by (Tue, Wed, Sat) the second week. This shift repeats every two weeks.

1Chevron Renewable Energy Group is accepting online applications for the position of Biodiesel Operator, Loader located at Hoquiam, Washington.The Biodiesel Operator, Loader operates and monitors company plants and facilities, typically Upstream facilities after primary separation and processing (such as gas and co-gen plants) and Downstream & Chemical refineries and plants. Monitors process variables, troubleshoots, and performs interventions to maintain operating performance.
Performs routine assignments under general supervision. Gaining knowledge of work procedures and practices. Ensures that quality product is shipped and received from the facility in the most efficient manner.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for verifying product quality before the product leaves and reaches the customer
Maintain a BQ-9000-compliant shipping and receiving system complete with appropriate documentation and work instructions
Plan and schedule biodiesel load-out functions to meet customer demands most efficiently while maintaining product quality
Inventory and purchase products as needed
Monitor and continually improve quality control in all aspects of biodiesel plant shipping and receiving operations
Acquire, label and store retained product samples
Visually inspect retained samples for product quality before releasing the shipment
Inspect and test the quality of incoming raw material shipments before their release for use in the plant; follow established testing procedures and accurately report the results.
Perform load-out functions and train plant operators on the safe performance of load-out functions
Preparing railcars and trucks for shipment (rinsing, washing, “squeegeeing”, and sandblasting).
Safely loading products for shipment into railcars and trucks
Inspecting products for quality indicators while loading
Sample loaded product as necessary for retention and quality purposes
For each shipped, received, or produced item, fill out the appropriate paperwork to ensure correct inventories are maintained and forward said paperwork to required parties while keeping copies of the paperwork for on-site filing
Perform general facility maintenance and housekeeping at the load-out facilities
Help to verify load-out instrumentation to ensure its proper function
Generate daily shipment reports
Follow all safety regulations for any work area, and encourage others to do the same
Follow all safety guidelines regulated by REG, OSHA, or other regulatory agencies
Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and load-out of specialty oil products
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
5 years experience in load-out operations. Several years of experience in shipping and receiving.
Basic computer skills, accounting skills, good written and oral communication, and organizational skills. Forklift Operator Certificate.
Ability to operate plant computer systems
Ability to operate a forklift, locomotive, pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and rail switches
Working knowledge of soy oil and biodiesel processing as well as BQ-9000 requirements
Knowledge of arithmetic and its application
Ability to distinguish colors
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
Be available for work and overtime as required
Provide personal contact information to customers on an as-needed basis for official business purposes

Working Conditions
This position requires some flexibility in working hours to ensure effective product shipment. The employee will have the ability to move freely throughout the facilities to direct and conduct a variety of activities. The employee will be subject to continuous exposure to marked changes in temperature, humidity, soybean meal, oil, dust, and high noise levels. This position requires frequent exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials.
