Tasks & responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact with all carriers and shipping agents; and reviewing performance and rates to ensure best value.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

• Be a brand ambassador for ServiceNow and be the first point of contact to help candidates – both internal and external. About You:

Prior experience in freight / transport / logistics essential
