Job Description:

Our client is a prominent healthtech company seeks a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks. This person will be responsible for workplan prioritisation, budget analysis, demand, and supply reviews. This person will also be planning, managing, driving, and delivering the initiatives. This person will work closely across the cross divisions within the organisation to define each initiative, execute and rollout processes with continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide the management team with business units’ performance through regular management reporting which includes demand conversion, management pulse report, regular program reviews from demands and budget planning.
• Main point of contact for all demand management initiatives to manage work streams to implement process and dashboards from initiation to adoption.
• Drive the annual workplan budgeting and develop central guidance to prepare demand and supply reviews to baseline annual commitment in readiness to operationalise project actualisation and billing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong program and project management experience. Preferably in managing program in a large size organisation.
• Familiar with IT business operations and performance management and system development life cycle reporting requirements.
• Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive learning attitude in understanding and navigating the complexities in HealthTech.
