Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager on the planning and budgeting for the yearly marketing calendar of activities.
• Assisting an effective and creative marketing launch plan that is aligned with the overall brand vision and market positioning for the brand to achieve short and long-term brand marketing objectives.
• Executing and manage the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximize sales and brand awareness.
• Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & other broad range of digital marketing channels.
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• Working closely with Sales Team to ensure that product launches, promotions and other brand activities are effectively carried out with great impact on sales and brand objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in executing A&P, Mass Communication and Marketing
• Preferable from FMCG background but not mandatory
• Candidate should be self-motivated, possesses positive attitude, meticulous, detail-oriented, able to work individually and also in a team
• Possess of skill in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure, independently, and maintain confidentially at all times
• Ability to start immediately or with short notice period would be preferred

will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Able to achieve company's sales goals and targets.
• Capable of developing a new team in addition to the company's primary client.
• To increase our current sales (month-to-month) by 30% in three months
• Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns
• Provide sufficient training for distributors to operate independently
• Compute the sales team's allocation based on the goals.
• Create comprehensive budgets and cost estimates
• Collaborate with operation and marketing communication departments
• Coordinating with international market and lead generation.
• Create short and long-term sales and marketing goals
• Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins
• Maintain and expand customer feedback database and expand client base
• Client development is accomplished through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Prepare a market study and conduct an analysis with the management team
• Able to perform various task and projects on an adhoc basis
• Keep good relationship with distributors and assist them to achieve company’s
  goals
• Produce reports as required by the upper management from time to time

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business or equivalence OR
  minimum 10 years of prior experience in sales and marketing in direct selling
  industry
• Proficient in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) plans and system
• Having your own network team and resources in a different country
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase
  demand for products and services
• Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
• Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
• Must own a car and a valid driving license
• Able to travel to outstation and other country as and when required
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
• A track record of organizing successful product launches and events
• Good interpersonal, written and effective communication skills and adaptable
  communication style for interacting with team members, upper management
  and clients
• Good presentation skills
