A bit about you:

The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team of in-house gas and heating engineers, supported as required by sub-contractors, who are primarily involved in installing, maintaining and servicing gas and heating appliances within our housing stock. This post will assist in leading on Gas Compliance; ensuring the organisation complies with all statutory regulations, approved codes of practice, best practice, etc.

The successful candidate will also be involved in repair and servicing programmes involving air source heat pumps, oil, LPG and solid fuel heating sources, water hygiene and legionella and will provide cover for the gas & electrical manager during periods of absence. They will assist in the preparation and administration of programmed work and liaise with all suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure that quality materials/services are available. • Responsible for the most complex and risk exposed technical infrastructures
• Producing and providing ongoing management of infrastructure roadmaps, detailing lifecycles of the technology from new products and versions, through to end of support and retirement
• Providing operational support to other infrastructure teams in the event of major incidents or complex technical issues
• Building and leveraging relationships with colleagues across the bank to make sure decisions made are commercially focused and create long term value for the organisation

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the ability to understand how your area of expertise supports customers, from the core development of technology to risk based decisions. On top of this, you’ll need a clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualisation, database, middleware or network.

Along with experience of contributing to roadmaps and strategies and working closely with third parties on assurance of their output and managing their performance, you’ll need the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues, with good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• Advanced knowledge of network security technologies including products, design and support
• Extensive experience working on Fortinet, F5 and Cisco technologies
• Advanced experience in delivering network security products and services within financial services, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS and Web Application Firewalls
• Knowledge and experience relating to product lifecycle, governance and maturity frameworks
• Knowledge of service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity and capacity

ROLE: Responsible for GMP-compliant quality control tests of cell products

JOB SCOPE:

1. Performing quality control tests for clinical materials (cell therapy products) according to GMP standards.
2. Work with the Cell Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Team.
3. Ensuring GMP compliance is maintained at all times.
4. Be accountable for the highest level of execution of regulatory strategies, and standards of quality compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in quality control tests of biologics or immune cell products, previous quality test experience of CAR-T/TCR-T/NK cell products is highly desired.
2. Experience in regulatory filing with FDA/HSA is desired.
3. Familiar with regular testing methods such as sterility/mycoplasma/endotoxin detection, flow cytometry analysis; Cytokine measurement assays; qPCR assays; etc.
4. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
5. Project management experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor & more advanced degree in cell biology /biomedical sciences or in a similar medical technology related field.
• Candidate who is bilingual in spoken English and Chinese will have an advantage for the role involving technical knowledge transfer and collaboration between China and Singapore.
