We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. 17. Track, measure, analyse and report on the performance of product’s rollout and marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals set, to ensure successful product ‘s roll out and deployment of marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

18. Ensure that all marketing material (from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies) are in line with the company’s brand identity.

19. Analyse current market trends, anticipate incoming ones and prepare forecasts monthly.

20. Prepare and present Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports to Senior Management.
