Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise and support as required.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service engineers, assisting with complex technical issues and escalations.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all field service activities.
- Implement processes and procedures to maintain high service quality and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements within the field service function.
- Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevent engineering field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical field service environment, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong technical background with expertise in surface solutions, materials science, or any related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- To travel across the APAC region as required.
