Role Purpose:
To lead and oversee development of commercial proposals for new business opportunities and existing client contract renewals for Asia Pacific region. Leading the delivery of compelling, innovative and integrated commercial submissions that will resonate with clients and provide a long term commercially viable model for Publicis Media.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all Publicis Media capabilities into innovative and competitive commercial proposals, connecting our approach to media pricing and core business media planning and buying terms. To include TAAG, Performance and Apex.
· Establish a collective responsibility across key APAC markets for our commercial approach
· Explore and create new, sustainable, revenue streams for Publicis Media
· Seek out and drive commercial appointments for other Groupe Solution Hubs
· Establish a global database for media pricing and for commercial terms, ensuring a consistent approach
· Develop new commercial models, in particular monetization for platforms, value based pricing
· Working with legal, be accountable for the development and agreement of Media Service Agreements (MSAs)
· Ensure consequent network understanding of global and pan-regional MSAs to facilitate contract compliance
· Educate the network around development of commercial proposals and negotiation skills
· Build connections with Regional Leadership including CEO/CFO, PM CEOs/CFOs across APAC markets to educate regional clients, and inform on existing client contract negotiations

THE ROLE
As Associate Design Director at Enterprise Revenue and Demand you will be assigned to the Revenue and Demand Platform area, where you’ll be focusing on the tools that enable our clients to enhance their events to reach their full potential. The tools include premium insights and data tools, marketing suite and dynamic pricing services.
You will be managing a team of designers – all responsible for Revenue and Demand tooling. You and your team will be accountable for researching and documenting full processes on various granularity levels whilst working with other design leads and management to ensure an industry-leading overall client experience.
You will join a globally distributed team and you’ll work on a compelling global client offering.
You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, aligning Design objectives to Product roadmaps, and developing achievable schedules to ensure strategic goals and timelines are met. Reporting to the President, Automotive Business Group, the Sr. Director Demand Planning role involves directing and leading the implementation of material planning strategy to balance supply and demand.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop and deploy material planning models to ensure optimal inventory positions for customer programs. Utilize models for determining material planning parameters for components, utilize market knowledge and research to validate customer demands in cooperation with operations, account management, and supply chain.
Frequent reviews with Senior Management to develop and share strategic information that could impact the forecast. Work with the team to modify the forecast for historical and environmental events. Key metrics include total inventory, inventory turns, forecast accuracy.
Review issues and make recommendations that deal with long-term constraints, customer service levels, inventory targets, the current forecast, and backlog, understanding operations capacity per product, responding to market variations.
Use the information gathered from Global Account Management teams and trend analysis to direct a Demand Plan.
Hold cross-functional meetings to review the Supply and Demand draft plans with key stakeholders.
Regularly interact with executives and major clients, which may result in influencing and/or persuading customer negotiations.
