(1)   Job descriptions

·       Market and grow SME Plus loans and process cases via EOS.

·       Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit related matters within the SLA, and provide basic advise and services to meet customers’ needs.

·       Process credit proposals and ad-hoc requests received from customers (existing and new) within SLA’s standard of service; i.e. to ensure Bank’s risk parameters and guidelines are adhered to, and to aware of common shortcomings highlighted by GCRM and Risk Management to maintain high credit standards.

·       Monitor all WLs, SMAs and keep Newly Impaired Loans low; i.e.  to keep abreast of market developments and early warning signals, to take preventive action to avoid SMAs from turning Impaired.

·       Market and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers. This also includes cross-selling of other Bank's products and services.

·       Building closer rapport with existing customers to boost utilization and share of business / wallet

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and knowledgeable in SME+ Business is added advantages.

·       Strong marketing and business acumen with good interpersonal/relationship skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

·       Results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic to build a good sales career

·       High self-confident, energetic, and capable to work under sales pressure

· 透過 EOS 行銷和發展 SME Plus 貸款並處理案件。

· 處理客戶對 SLA 內信用相關事宜的請求和申訴，並提供基本建議和服務以滿足客戶的需求。

· 在 SLA 的服務標準範圍內處理從客戶（現有的和新的）收到的信貸建議和臨時請求；即確保遵守銀行的風險參數和指導方針，並了解 GCRM 和風險管理所強調的共同缺點，以維持高信用標準。

· 監控所有 WL、SMA 並維持新減損貸款處於較低水準；即隨時了解市場動態和預警訊號，採取預防措施，避免 SMA 受損。

· 向新舊客戶行銷和銷售銀行的貸款產品。這也包括其他銀行產品和服務的交叉銷售。

· 與現有客戶建立更緊密的關係，以提高業務/錢包的利用率和份額

• Must have: As400- Silverlake / l2 support (minimum), to work in shifts as400,RPG, unix/linux, oracle or sql / shell scripting. Core banking or card (Credit card / debit card) exp
• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT industry with relevant experience in technology solution or support service delivery in the banking/financial industry
• Sound Understanding of ITIL, SDLC
• Good and assertive communicator in speaking & writing
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and weekends or off business hours
• Experience in L2 or L3 production support
• Business knowledge background of either Core Banking or Cards
• Technology knowledge background of AS400 - Silverlake (core banking or cards module)
• Willing to work on Shifts

Good to Have:

• Knowledge on enterprise tools, i.e. MQ, Connect Direct, Control M etc
• Knowledge on monitoring, log analytics, automation tools, i.e. Geneos, Splunk, Ansible, Grafana, Elastic Search etc   

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience on release and deployment
• Middleware Application Installation expertise across different platforms like JBOSS, WebLogic, WebSphere
• Hands on experience in setup of Web Server components like Apache, NGNIX
• Knowledge to build software components using source code compilation like Apeche, etc.
• Good understanding and hands on knowledge of SSL and other applicaiton authentication mechanism like JWT, UFW, etc. setup and configuration
• Good knowledge and experience in understanding the network topologies that are required to be incorporated across different tier of architecture
• Good knowledge of Oracle database and RAC setup, and the configuration setup required across application layer for the connectivity
• Ability to work on identification of vulnerabilities and fix them
• Ability to work on upgrades of systems/components under obsolescence
• Experience with vairety of source control tools (GIT, Aldon, ClearCase)
• Experience in setting up servers
• Experience in working with MQ
• Experience in CI/CD Tools (Jenkins)
