Responsibilities:

• Work creatively within company timeline and budget.
• Apply various media using graphic design software.
• Design, develop and execute graphic content for print materials, website and social media from conception to completion/ production.
• Update & maintain company website and social media.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all design work, adhering to brand guideline and standards.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specification.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Liaise with internal team and external vendors as and when required.
• Assist in in-house printing, lamination and marketing support related administrativetasks.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Talent Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 
• Proficient in graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Able to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc).
• Exceptionally proficient in all design aspects.
• Mandarin speaker is preferrable

Your assignment

• To support the IKEA for Business in providing interior decoration proposals for customers across all focus, with the aim to maximize IKEA for Business sales by offering attractive and comprehensive interior-design solutions, which reflects IKEA’s range and profile.
• Ensure that all interior design inquiries received are correctly interpreted and understood and that the proposals given to customers are relevant and live up to the general expectations.
• Support the Sales team in producing and presenting customized interior design solutions for larger project customers.
• In support of the store sales functions, review and clarify design requests from customers.
• Use home furnishing competence to create the IKEA furnishing solutions in the design proposal to business customers.
• Support the IKEA for Business Sales team in preparing and conducting presentations to larger customers.
• Ensure that the company’s competitive advantage within Sustainability is incorporated into the general design proposals, in support of the overall image of IKEA for Business.
