Job Description

•  Check, verify and process invoices
•  Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
•  Any other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the superior.
•  To maintain database system (key‐in‐data). 
•  To ensure filing system is up to date.
•  Perform ad‐hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

•  Candidates must possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. 
•  At least 1 year working experience  in accounting field. 
•  Computer literate with proficient in MS Office and UBS accounting system.
•  Analytical, mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines. 
•  Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. 
•  Full‐Time position(s) available.
•  Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.
•  Able to work in Kelana Square Kelana Jaya Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete monthly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Prepare monthly Aging report, SOA and etc.  
• Handling debt collection and all AP payment transaction and online. 
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent  
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
