Responsibilities:

• To market industrial hire purchase product to existing customers and new prospects.
• To conduct site visit and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and
  make recommendations with sound credit judgement to credit department.
• To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within
  stipulated time frame.
• To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective
  customers and suppliers.
• To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
• Plan and carry out more marketing activities to achieve the target in term of volume amount and number of clients.
• Achieve sales and profit target.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing of hire purchase products or any other related financial products.
• Knowledge of current hire purchase market trend will be an added advantage.
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good marketing, sales management and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong competence in Mandarin language would be an added advantage as the position role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts.
• Fresh graduates with drive and keen interest in a marketing career may be considered.

Job Description (What are we looking for?)

We are currently seeking qualified Nutritionists/Dietitians/Sales Specialists or fresh graduates in KUALA LUMPUR, JOHOR and KUCHING to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for:-

1. Providing training to pharmacists/healthcare professionals and customers.
2. Promoting the company's range of nutraceutical products and growing sales within the assigned territory.
3. Penetrating new markets and improving market share.
4. Improving product marketability and profitability through the planning and execution of effective promotional activities.
5. Maintaining positive customer relationships by making periodic visits, following up on inquiries, problem-solving and supporting outlet marketing events.

Requirements (who are encouraged to apply):

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Science or equivalent
• Fresh graduates (Degree) with no experience but a keen interest in healthcare & nutraceutical industry are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
• Candidates with relevant working experience in the nutraceutical & pharmaceutical line will have an added advantage
• Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia at intermediate level 
• Independent and with good sense of responsibility and most importantly a sense of ownership and drive to achieve sales target is a must
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m to 1.00 p.m.; 2.00 p.m,. to 6.00 p.m.

• Assist to maintain consistent contact and provide Sales and Marketing for the stipulated Region.  
• Coordinate and support for tender preparation and submission. 
• Prepare report on Sales.
• Assist in marketing business within the stipulated Region. 
• Handle all incoming mail or issues that related with Sales/Marketing.
• Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within the region.
• Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business
• Assist the Sales/Marketing Manager to identify New Business Opportunities for development.
• Identify the New Trend of Services needed by the Client
• Analyze Market Segments
• Educate Sales Force to convey company objectives, and set up sales programs
• Develop effective presentations to create awareness for current market conditions, market trends and client’s needs.
• Ensure that all sales are conducted within clients and recognised industry health and safety regulations.
• Maintain close contact with SGS affiliates on transnational operations.
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
