1. Liaise with consultants and contractors on-site/ office to produce M&E services
2. Evaluate and keep proper records on tender documents, design reports and design review
3. Periodical site meetings and site inspections in conjunction with consultants.
4. Ensure production plan and activity meets project and client deadlines
5. Inspect and monitor daily work activities on site
6. Ensure project done accordingly to the requirement
7. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical report.
Requirements

Job Descriptions:
Champion waste reduction by applying lean manufacturing principles effectively.

Job Requirements
Hold a degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, in speaking and writing. Fluency in Mandarin is beneficial but not mandatory, as this role involves communication with colleagues in China.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office or similar software.
Must have personal transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal oversight.
