Job Summary
1.1 Responsible for mechanical component development
1.2 Owner of the mechanical component design and product BOM in the project
1.3 Contribution to innovation in mechanical domain
Job Scope
2.1 Work with system engineer to provide mechanical solution/improvement in new/existing product
2.2 Evaluate, verify and improve design risks and failures related to mechanical domain via FEMA, risk assessment, PSS, DFMA, etc.
2.3 Create and maintain drawings (2D & 3D) with CAD system, part lists (BOM), Technical document (PQA, tol.stack, etc)
2.4 Prepare functional cost analysis for products.
2.5 Ensure intellectual property protection by timely filing of invention reports and patent check
