Learning Outcomes
Your primary focus will be to support the People Ops team in recruitment functions. Your responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisitions and daily people ops matters.
Some of the key areas you will be involved in include:
· Assist in recruitment processes for Lucence’s headquarters and international offices.
· Support the execution of smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into their roles and the organization.
· Gather and organize HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant platforms.
· Utilize statistical techniques to analyze HR metrics, trends, and patterns.
· Develop and maintain HR dashboards to visualize key metrics for easy consumption by stakeholders.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
To be a good fit for this role, you would have:
· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
· Knowledge of People Ops processes and functions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Familiarity with HRIS systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
