5.5 working days per week or flexi hour (44-45 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- receiving booking enquiry
- assist customer with any requirements, pre-arrange for their stay
- work closely with farm owner for any customize booking based on customer’s special requirements
- provide quotation to customer
- coordinate with the housekeeping & resort team based on customer’s requirements and prepare for their stay
- check-in / check-out customer
- standby for customer throughout their stay
- routine check with the maintenance team on the facilities
- receiving review from customer and feedback to the team for encouragement / improvement
Requirements:
- preferably physically fit individuals
- at least 3 years experience in customer service
- fluent in English & Mandarin
- able to work during weekend / public holiday
- able to work flexibly according to booking date
- able to cope with any ad hoc
- flexible in any situation
- capable in handling complaints
- good manners to customer at all time
- have good leadership to work with the team in order to provide good hospitality to customers
- able to stay in farm area during the week of work
- love nature, practice healthy lifestyle, eco friendly are bonus to this job
- own transport is needed
