Responsibilities:

• To market industrial hire purchase product to existing customers and new prospects.
• To conduct site visit and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and
  make recommendations with sound credit judgement to credit department.
• To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within
  stipulated time frame.
• To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective
  customers and suppliers.
• To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
• Plan and carry out more marketing activities to achieve the target in term of volume amount and number of clients.
• Achieve sales and profit target.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing of hire purchase products or any other related financial products.
• Knowledge of current hire purchase market trend will be an added advantage.
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good marketing, sales management and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong competence in Mandarin language would be an added advantage as the position role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts.
• Fresh graduates with drive and keen interest in a marketing career may be considered.

Job Description

Account Executive:

* Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers, statements and accounting documents and records; 
* Enter and key in data of financial transactions and reconcile accounts on time; 
* Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of all/assigned companies; 
* Ensure collections are banked in on a timely basis, issue official receipts, accounts reconciliation, issue invoices;
* Monitor and manage payments of invoices and all assigned payables;
* Preparation and submissions of reports requested for the company purposes and accounts consolidation; preparations of bank reconciliation;
* Ensure all accounting processes improvements and related projects;
* Address any inquiries and questions related to accounting processes;

• Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints based on architectural designs, sketches, and specifications provided. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques to produce drawings that are structurally sound, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Documentation and Review: Prepare and maintain documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, throughout the design and construction phases. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with other professionals to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Communicate effectively to ensure that drawings meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that drawings adhere to established drafting standards, best practices, and quality control procedures. Verify dimensions, annotations, and other technical details to minimize errors and inconsistencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating day-to-day operational activities to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including kitchen, front-of-house, and management to streamline operational workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure timely procurement and optimal stock availability, while minimizing waste and shortages.
• Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and maintain consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the POS system if it malfunctions or encounters any technical difficulties.
• Analyze and monitor key operational metrics (i.e. gross profit margin, food & labour cost percentage, inventory turnover) to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement, providing valuable insights to Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, including reports, inventory records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support in conducting regular audits and inspections to assess operational performance, ensure consistency in procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Position Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply or at least 1 year working experience in related field is an added advantage.
