1. Responsible for all plant operations of the Company and its subsidiary-companies  within the Group.
2. Formulate short and long-term plant operation goal of the Group.
3. Responsible for the Group operation and direct the day-to-day plant operation to the management team and oversee the achievement of the Company’s overall profitability in the Group.
4. Train, develop, provide guidance and motivate direct subordinates in all operation activities.
5. Report to the Executive Director on a weekly work progress of the overall group operation status.
6. The Manager shall at all times, observe and carry out faithfully and conscientiously the duties and responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Executive Director.
7. Responsible to ensure and oversee all plant safety standards are adhered by all staff within the Group.
8. Responsible for the overall operation under the Group including delegating, organizing, coordinating and motivating a team of all operation management staff to achieve the goals and objectives set out by the Company.
9. Oversee and responsible for the optimization of the plant capacity, maximization of the production output and equipment efficiency, labour cost-effectiveness, zero-defect quality program, 100% achievement of customer delivery, 100% fulfillment of customer response time and supplier managed-inventory program.
10. The Manager shall at all times, observe and carry out faithfully and conscientiously the duties and responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Executive Director.
11. Oversee and responsible for all incoming raw materials are meeting the Company’s specifications.
12. Oversee and responsible for the Company ISO Quality and Environmental Management System program.
13. Oversee and responsible for the cost-efficiency of the plant operate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Oversees and manages the entire production timeline, from input to finished goods, to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Manage the organization’s operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  Develop and execute production plan to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Create production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and logistics arrangements.
• Prepare and analyse reports on production performance, including key performance indicators.
• Ensure monthly stock take activities and accurate records.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
• Supervise and lead team members, and evaluate their performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mediate conflicts among team members.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Being capable of adjusting strategies or processes in response to dynamic business environments and unexpected changes.

Job Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with customers to take and submit orders.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries and meet customer needs.
• Merchandising - Plan and execute product displays to attract consumers and maximize sales included arranging products, creating visual displays, sorting based on FIFO, handling complaints, verifying rejected / wrong orders and providing relevant documents.
• Monitor and achieve various sales target.
• Preferably working experience in FMCG line managing Key Account / Supermarket.
