Position Summary

Position Summary

The Assembly Project Leader is the overall Malaysia-side person-in-charge for the semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly project

This position is responsible for leading and managing the entire assembly project operation, including production planning, assembly execution, procurement coordination, shipment control, cost management, and project profitability improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Project Management

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented QAQC Assistant to support quality control activities in the production and labeling process. The candidate will ensure products and packaging labels comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on documentation, incoming materials, in-process items, and final products during production.
• Support on QAQC executive.
• Verify product labeling accuracy (batch number, expiry date, barcode, ingredients, customer logo, etc.).
• Ensure packaging and labeling comply with approved OEM artwork and client specifications.
• Conduct line clearance before production start-up.
• Record inspection results and maintain proper QAQC documentation.
• Assist in handling non-conformance products and corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor GMP & Halal compliance and production hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams on quality issues.
• Support customer audits and certification audits (ISO / GMP / HACCP / Halal).

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in related field.
• 1–2 years QAQC experience in functional food or skincare manufacture.

(Fresh graduate are welcome)

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, Halal or related quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling verification.
• Able to read and verify customer-approved artwork and specifications.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Working Time

Monday - Friday ： 9.00am - 6.00pm

Saturday ： 9.00am - 1.00pm

• Menjalankan dan menyemak prosedur HACCP & GMP yang berkaitan di dalam dan luar negara.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk hal ehwal kawal selia yang berkaitan dan memantau trend kawal selia
• luar negara, bagi memastikan produk tersebut mematuhi peraturan.
• Memantau dan menyebarkan maklumat kepada jabatan berkaitan tentang perubahan
• undang-undang dan peraturan tempatan dan luar negara yang mungkin menjejaskan pendaftaran,
• pembuatan dan pengedaran produk.
• Menyusun dan menyelenggara pengisian dossier pendaftaran produk dll. secara sistematik.
• Sebarang tugas ad hoc yang diberikan oleh pihak atasan.

Apa yang kami cari

• Ijazah yang berkaitan dalam Pemakanan/Makanan/Bio.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan Jaminan Kualiti yang serupa dalam Industri Pembuatan.
• Perhatian yang tinggi terhadap perincian dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah
• Pengalaman dalam formulasi Makanan Kesihatan dan R&D suplemen
• Pengetahuan tentang peraturan industri dan proses pendaftaran

What you'll be doing

• Provide nutritional consultation and handle related product enquiries
• Assist in new and existing product labelling requirement
• Conduct and review local and oversea relevant HACCP & GMP procedures.
• Responsible for relevant regulatory affairs and monitoring the regulation trend of
• oversea, to ensure that the product are compliance to regulatory.
• Monitor and disseminate information to relevant department on the changes of
• local and oversea laws and regulations that might affect registration,
• manufacture and distribution of products.
• Compile and maintain systematic filling of product registration dossier etc.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Nutrition/Food/Bio. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Quality Assurance role in Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Health Food formulation and R&D of supplements
• Knowledge of industry regulations and registration processes
