About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Brand Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of 2 to 4 distinctive brands under the Continuum Hospitality Group. This portfolio will encompass a mix of concepts, including All-Day Dining, Fine Dining, and Nightlife/Lifestyle venues. The Brand Manager will act as the primary brand custodian for their assigned portfolio, responsible for steering positioning, visibility, and profitability while ensuring the brand experience remains consistent, relevant, and aspirational across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership & Portfolio Ownership

Serve as the primary brand custodian for 2-4 assigned brands, ensuring seamless alignment between the brand's philosophy, positioning, marketing initiatives, and operational execution.

Translate brand philosophy into actionable marketing initiatives that drive awareness, reputation, and revenue.

Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints, including digital, in-store, media, and partnerships, adapting strategies for different formats (e.g., luxury fine dining vs. high-energy nightlife).

Monitor brand health metrics, guest insights, and reservation trends to guide strategic decisions and optimize brand investments.

• Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans for the assigned portfolio that support sales targets and growth objectives.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and digital subsidiary/agencies to translate strategy into effective campaigns, promotions, and digital executions.

Plan and oversee offline marketing activations, including seasonal campaigns, menu launches, exclusive events, media/influencer tasting sessions, and activation of nightlife/lifestyle events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and community stakeholders to strengthen share of voice and brand relevance.

• Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders (culinary, operations, marketing, finance) and external vendors or agencies, ensuring clear communication, feedback, and adherence to project timelines.

Work closely with outlet managers and operations teams across dining and nightlife concepts to ensure the brand narrative is consistently delivered in the guest experience.

Demonstrate sound judgment in balancing brand equity with commercial goals and ensure brand messaging supports both guest engagement and business outcomes.

• Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)

Ownership and Proactiveness: Take full ownership of all assigned brands and tasks; proactively drive campaign planning and strategies without requiring micromanagement or constant hand-holding.

Communication & Reporting: Ensure all internal and external communication is well-managed and timely. Provide solid, proper, and actionable updates and recaps (WIP/MOMs) to the HOD.

WIP Leadership: Spearhead and lead Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings for the assigned brand portfolio, dictating direction and managing team timelines.

Responsiveness: Be responsive during working hours, acknowledging that you are holding a senior, managerial position requiring continuous engagement with tasks and stakeholders.

• Working Hours & Flexibility

Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of F&B and Nightlife, the employee must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours when necessary.

Adjusted Event Hours (Nightlife Focus): If required to be present for events (e.g., in a bar/club) or marketing shoots/activities outside the office, the following protocols apply:

You are advised to be on-site for 1-2 hours to ensure work is done (e.g., event set-up, media checks).

You must inform the HOD of your activity through the right communication channels.

You are eligible to report to the office the next working day with adjusted hours, from 3:00 pm till 7:00 pm. based on prior agreements with HOD on a case-to-case basis.

Responsibility :

1) Supporting and Assisting the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager in carrying out sales processing

and other related activities.

A. Sales Support

1) Performing the sales and marketing workflow, which includes booking new order, repeat orders, meeting customer needs and expectations, interpreting and designing the customer's product specification, the product's package design, packaging mock up and development.

2) Issuing contract order review, proforma invoice, container matrix study report, normal sales order,

customer specification, customer specification change notice, credit clearance checklist, Splenda report,

purchase order, indicative price, sample requisition and work progress report.

3) Handling inquiries and initiate negotiations to confirm orders and repeat orders before processing orders.

4) Updating all customer details in the Proforma Invoice and to inform admin user to update into the ERP system.

5) Creating cost certs for products if there are changes in the selling price and buying price.

B. Collaboration & Communication

1) Liaising with the Sales Admin department on the fulfilment of the customer's order delivery and shipment. To ensure customer expectations (orders) are well delivered to outsource manufacturing to manufacture in a correct and timely manner in alignment with specification and quality requirements.

Also monitoring customer packaging balance inventory from Sales Admin and reorder recommendations can be provided to customer based on the remaining stock levels.

2) Liaising with the Quality Assurance section on the customer artwork labelling requirement.

3) Liaising with the Quality Control section on the customer product quality and complaints (if required).

4) Liaising with the Regulatory Compliance section on customer product regulatory and registration

requirements.

5) Liaising with the outsourcing manufacturer on the customer's order's goods-ready date and request

a quotation for a new product (if required).

6) Liaising with the packaging supplier's to fulfil the expectations of customers for packaging design and artwork, mock up, sample print, and colour standard. Attend online proofing for a new project or improving an existing project with the packaging supplier. Request a quotation from the packaging supplier (if required).

7) Liaising with shipping agent/broker on availability of destination and freight cost for cost

estimation calculation purposes (if required).

8) Building and maintain strong relationships with customer.

C. Data Analysis & Reporting

1) Generate an analysis report in terms of customer sales performance.

3）與品質控制部門聯絡，了解顧客產品品質及抱怨狀況（如有需要）。

4) 與法規遵從部門聯絡，處理客戶產品的法規和註冊事宜

要求。

5）與外包製造商溝通客戶訂單的貨物備貨日期和要求

新產品報價（如有需要）。

6) 與包裝供應商溝通，滿足客戶對包裝設計、圖稿、樣稿、印刷樣品和顏色標準等方面的期望。參與新專案或現有專案改進的線上校對，並與包裝供應商溝通。如有需要，向包裝供應商索取報價。

7) 與船運代理/經紀人聯絡，確認目的地和運費的可用性。

8）與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係。

Role and Responsibilities 

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team working at Stranger Soccer Kuala Lumpur, assisting with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. 

• Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. 

• Coordinating and executing various tasks related to the daily operation of the business, such as social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.

• Sales Enablement Translation: Taking the high-level social narratives you build and turning them into practical, bottom-of-funnel assets like 1-pagers and email sequences for the Commercial team to use in the field.
• Keeping the Narrative Alive: When there are no product launches or route expansions, you know how to build a narrative out of thin air. You will turn industry trends or a quick 5-minute chat with a BD Lead into a week's worth of engaging social content.
• The Social & DIY Creative Engine: Writing scroll-stopping LinkedIn content for our brand and executive pages. You don’t just write, you execute. You’ll script fast-paced videos and jump right into Canva or CapCut—either knocking out quick-turn edits yourself or prepping the script and brief for our video producers to finalise.
• The Repurpose Master (70% Repurpose / 30% New): You don't always need to reinvent the wheel. You will mine our archives of past footage, pitch decks, and technical operational updates, slicing them into multiple bite-sized social assets to maximise content lifespan.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, B2B content creation, or digital copywriting.

• Research & Campaign Support: Identify stories for our target audience, conduct research on trends and competitors, and collaborate with graphic designers to enhance visual content

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute content strategies and support campaign initiatives effectively

What We Expect of You

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and content creation, with a good understanding of social media trends, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, and an understanding of platform-based marketing strategies.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
• Bonus points if you are a fun social media junkie and like to think outside the box!
• A positive and collaborative team player who is proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing your content, writing, or social media work is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.

In your role, you would:

• Be responsible for delivering analytics & insights services and conducting tactical client training for Guided Analytics & CMI products and solutions such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper....
• Entrusted to deliver flawless research and analytics to our clients. 
• Be responsible for identifying opportunities through day-to-day engagements with our clients, handing off opportunities to Account Development to pursue 
• Have a strong working knowledge of the client business priorities and the role we can play in supporting these goals

We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of B2B marketing events and campaigns in Malaysia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and supporting marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to support a range of events, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in both event execution and marketing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Coordination & Support

• Support the execution of B2B events, including roundtables, networking sessions, and industry events.
• Assist with event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and event setup.
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Track attendance and assist with post-event follow-ups.

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist with event-related campaigns, including email invitations and coordination with internal teams.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials (e.g. slides, emails, simple assets).
• Help maintain trackers for events, campaigns, and performance metrics.

Coordination & Operations

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to support the execution of initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support basic reporting and performance tracking for events and campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
• Exposure to event coordination or campaign support is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with hands-on, execution-focused work.
• Interest in B2B marketing or fintech is a plus.
