Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer handling.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing activities, campaigns, and preparing marketing materials.
- Update and maintain customer lists, sales records, and marketing documents.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and update payment status.
- Able to travel for work purposes when required.
- Handle general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and manage correspondence.
- Support the Manager with reports, projects, and daily operational tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
