Pros: The best part about working at Install has definitely been the team. Everyone I've worked with is supportive and genuinely helpful, making the daily tasks much more enjoyable. I've also had opportunities to learn new installation techniques and gain certifications, which has been great for my skill development. The role itself is hands-on and rewarding.
Cons: Sometimes the communication flow can be a bit slow, especially when coordinating with other departments or getting approvals for specific on-site requests. This can occasionally lead to minor delays on projects. More streamlined digital tools for project management would be beneficial.
