Pros: CellMark offers a really stable environment in global trading. My colleagues are supportive, making the hybrid work setup in Shelton, CT, very collaborative. I've learned tons about international commodities and the supply chain, which is great for career growth in this industry.
Cons: Sometimes, the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow for new initiatives. Also, while there are learning opportunities, promotions sometimes take longer than expected.
