About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-moving, engineering-focused environment and who feels natural around complex systems, robotics-related workloads, and infrastructure that supports advanced ML and autonomy development. This role is ideal for someone who likes technology that operates close to hardware, supports real-time systems, and requires reliability in demanding conditions. A genuine interest in this space is just as valuable as previous industry exposure. The team operates in a startup setup — fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy, and a lot of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robotics and AI/ML software.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) used for data processing, training, and simulation.
- Administer and optimize Linux-based systems used in development and testing environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of services and environments.
- Integrate containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
- Ensure security, stability, and reliability across infrastructure supporting high-stakes operations.
- Provide infrastructure support for simulation workflows and integration testing.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across environments.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Linux Systems Engineering.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols, especially in Linux environments.
- Solid Linux administration skills and scripting abilities (bash, Python).
- Experience with CI/CD systems and version control (e.g. ArgoCD, Git).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database deployment and maintenance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience supporting ML or robotics workloads is a plus.
- English B2+.

- Understanding of environments involving drones, autonomous devices, or distributed compute.
- Ability to design reliable systems that can support rapid iteration cycles.
- Background in startup environments is an advantage.
