About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a strategic platform and delivery enablement initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining modern CI/CD processes, automating infrastructure, enhancing software delivery security, and supporting engineering teams in building scalable, resilient, and reliable solutions across enterprise environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

• Create and manage reusable GitHub Actions workflows and deployment templates.

• Implement quality, security, compliance, and governance controls within delivery pipelines.

• Manage application versioning, packaging, artifact lifecycle, and repository strategies.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform (IaC).

• Deploy and support Kubernetes, Docker, and Container Apps environments.

• Integrate and administer HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and security controls.

• Establish deployment strategies, environment promotion processes, rollback mechanisms, and approval workflows.

• Develop monitoring, observability, alerting, dashboards, and telemetry solutions.

• Implement software supply chain security controls, provenance, and delivery evidence generation.

• Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, and release readiness checklists.

• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, developers, and security stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

• Support event-driven integrations, workflow automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Must Have

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions.

• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management platforms.

• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and platform operations.

• Good knowledge of networking concepts and system architecture.

• Experience with Artifactory or other artifact management solutions.

• Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar).

• System Administration background.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing DevSecOps and Secure SDLC practices.

• Knowledge of software supply chain security and provenance frameworks.

• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience planning.

• Understanding of event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration.

• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud, or DevOps technologies.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
