Purpose
This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations (DevSecOps) strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.
Key Missions
- Defines and implements architectures CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) process tailored for the team’s environment
- Develops infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices, and improve operational performance
- Improves development, deployment and testing to make it as much automated as possible
- Supports teams by sharing knowledge and best practices (including clear documents for complex integration procedures)
- Defines and drives DevOps/DevSecOps strategy in collaboration with system or solution architect
- Supports complex development,integration, delivery processes and environments
- Leads a team of DevOps/DevSecOps Engineerings
- Acts at least as Principal Engineer within the TEN
- Coaches and can manage a small team of Software development engineers
- Acts at least as Principal Engineer within the TEN
To succeed on this position you should have following:
- 4+ Experience as DevOps engineer from a large company
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) Jira, Azure, ArgoCD
- Strong knowledge about Azure compute, networking, security, AKS ( Certificates as a plus )
- Strong knowledge in terraform, terragrunt, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience in managing on-prem environments.
- Experience with collecting metrics (Prometheus) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana), Azure monitoring and KQL
- Knowledge of bash, python, groovy, istio
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL

The role is based in Łódź, Poland. We are working in hybrid model with at least one visit at the office per month. If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you :)
