The flexibility in working hours and location was a lifesaver for managing personal commitments.

The volume of data and requests spikes significantly, leading to longer hours at times. Sometimes, clearer long-term career pathing and more structured feedback loops for advancement would be beneficial to help us understand growth opportunities better within the company.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more formal mentorship programs or structured development plans for junior roles. This would help employees better visualize and achieve career progression within STATSCORE, especially in the fast-paced sports tech industry.
