The Risk “Zero” is known as the asymptote of the industrial safety. It’s the goal which all the enterprises, from the shop around the corner to the international group, attempt to reach with the constant support of their people and commercial partners. Project Zero has born from the strong belief that the target “Zero” will be, sooner or later, fully achieved for all the aspects of the Industrial Risk Management. Till that moment, we commit to help your organization making a daily step forward to the right direction.

- Human resources management (recruitment and selection of specialised employees within the QHSE area)
- Process and fire safety
- International standard implementation and certification (Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018)
- Environmental protection (studies and analysis)
- Work at height and rope access (rope access training and activities)
- Industry 4.0 (support in creating an "intelligent" company)
- Corporate risk
- Business continuity (development of business continuity plan)

Good flexibility and team environment for IT roles.
Pros: PROJECTZERO offers a good degree of flexibility, allowing remote or hybrid work which is a big plus. The team culture is generally supportive, and you can learn a lot from experienced colleagues in this IT services company. Opportunities to work on diverse projects exist.
Cons: While flexibility is good, internal communication can sometimes be a bit slow, especially regarding project updates or decision-making processes. Workload can also pick up significantly during critical project phases, impacting work-life balance occasionally. Pay is competitive but not top-tier.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining approval processes for better workflow efficiency. Investing in more structured career development paths for technical roles could also enhance employee retention and growth within the organization.

Solid tech role, but management communication could improve.
Pros: The core engineering work at PROJECTZERO is genuinely engaging. I appreciated the opportunity to work on diverse software development projects and contribute to innovative solutions. The team dynamic was generally positive, fostering a sense of camaraderie, and the Milan office location is excellent for commuting.
Cons: While flexibility is offered, sometimes project deadlines felt tight, leading to occasional longer hours, which could impact work-life balance. Communication from senior leadership could be more transparent regarding strategic shifts or major project changes.
Advice to Management: Consider more proactive and consistent communication from leadership regarding company direction and significant project updates to enhance team alignment and trust.

Good Tech Company, Decent Pay, Room for Growth
Pros: The compensation and benefits package at PROJECTZERO is pretty standard for a mid-sized tech company in this market, making it a reliable choice. I appreciated the effort put into providing decent health insurance and retirement options. The team I worked with was generally collaborative and supportive, which made the day-to-day enjoyable.
Cons: While the pay is competitive, I sometimes felt that the career progression pathways weren't always clearly defined. It wasn't always obvious how to advance within the company, and growth opportunities sometimes felt a bit ad-hoc rather than structured. This could be clearer for employees aiming for long-term development.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured career development frameworks and transparent promotion criteria to help employees see clear paths for advancement. Regular feedback sessions focused on growth could also be beneficial.
