Training & Development

  • Prepares company newsletter for distribution on a quarterly basis to inform employees about new products/services, operation updates, employee information etc.
  • Prepares annual training budget and submits proposal to the immediate head for review
  • Evaluates cost and assess the need and urgency of all training requests; recommends deferment/approval to fit within the annual budgeted requirements for training
  • Handle logistics for training activities including but not limited to budget preparation, venue and equipment.
  • Coordinate informal training activities for employees such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
  • Acts as custodian and updates of Training Manuals, Presentation and other training materials.
  • Prepares annual training budget and submits proposal to the immediate head for review and approval.
  • Recommends Training external and in-house training request and initiatives.
  • Routes Training-related communications: Training policies, Announcement of Schedule and Instruction and reminders.
  • Monitors employees compliance to the return service agreement.
  • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional materials, hand outs, evaluation forms and training certificates.
  • Coordinates trainings, webinars and other training activities.
  • Prepares training materials, create nametags, sign in sheets; distribute and collect training evaluation and assessment.
  • Consolidates and assesses learning and training evaluation results and disseminates the same to concerned individuals.
  • Coordinates with Department Heads in Preparing Training Designs and ensures availability of resource persons and appropriate presentation materials for the identified learning sessions.

Performance Management

  • Checks and verifies the computation of KPIs of employees.
  • Monitors and updates KPIs rating from time to time.
  • Safekeeps KPIs.
  • Coordinates with department heads on formulating employees KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • At least 2 year of experience as HR Officer handling Training and Development
