Description

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops in various areas including leadership, communication, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to meet organizational goals.
  • Support recruiting efforts by aligning training with talent development and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in coaching, leadership development, and people management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and performance management skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in an office environment with occasional travel for training sessions.
