Description
Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops in various areas including leadership, communication, and performance management.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to meet organizational goals.
Support recruiting efforts by aligning training with talent development and retention strategies.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, communication, and presentation skills.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in coaching, leadership development, and people management.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and performance management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Working Conditions: Comfortable working in an office environment with occasional travel for training sessions.
