Description
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer support for Telecom, Delivery, Healthcare, and Hotel Reservation accounts.
The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, chat, or email by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, orders, account information, and service concerns
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set timelines
Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates accurately
Document customer interactions in the system
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores
Follow company policies and data privacy standards
Qualifications
Open to High School / Senior High School graduates and College level
With or without BPO experience (training provided)
Good English communication skills
Willing to work on-site
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
