5+ years’ experience in recruitment with 2+ as a IT recruiter.
2+ years’ experience working within a recruitment agency, not a BPO.
2+ years working with Australian IT clients.
Experience using Linkedin recruiter and, Jobadder, Word, Excel, boards, databases, GitHub and ATS platforms.
Comfortable with non-recruitment tasks such as admin, invoicing, timesheet support work.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical vacancies at once.
Responsibilities
Source suitable technical candidates across LinkedIn, Seek, GitHub, job boards, databases and referrals.
Research potential hiring managers and target company contacts using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Format CVs
Make 30 to 40 candidate calls per day especially when sourcing for an urgent active role
Maintain and clean the database by skill-coding clients and candidates, updating CV records, removing unsuitable overseas candidates, merging duplicates and keeping candidate/contact records accurate.
Support contractor and payroll administration by checking timesheets in Oncore and Fieldglass, following up missing timesheets, reviewing payroll reports, preparing extension letters/contracts via Adobe Sign, completing WorkCover spreadsheets and assisting with other admin or research tasks.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview coordination and ATS updates.
