y.Role Overview: This is a senior, autonomous role - second in command to the Founder. You'll be the final gatekeeper on client deliverables, the engine behind the team's workflow, and a key operator across design, content, web delivery, and project managemen

t.The right person has at least 10 years of hands-on experience inside a creative or marketing agency. You've done the hard yards across design, copywriting, web builds, and content marketing. You don't just know what good looks like, you'll call it out when something isn't there yet and push the team to fix it before it reaches a clien

Key Responsibilitie

  • ons:10+ years of experience inside a creative or marketing agency: design, content, web delivery, or sim
  • ilarA background that spans multiple disciplines: graphic design (brand and print), digital content, web builds, content marketing, and paid or organic marke
