- te.Handle guest communication via chat and phone with professionalism and excellent customer servi
- ce.Manage bookings and calendars across multiple platfor
- ms.Onboard new properties, including creating listings, uploading photos, writing descriptions, and setting up prici
- ng.Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and tradespeop
- le.Schedule and manage cleaning teams to ensure properties are guest-rea
- dy.Oversee guest check-ins and check-ou
- ts.Maintain property compliance documentation, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, insurance documents, and other required recor
- ds.Monitor operations, identify process improvements, and help reduce operational cos
- ts.Utilize dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs (or simila
- r).Manage guest messaging automation platforms such as ChargeAutomati
on.
