Key Responsibilitie

    Manage the day-to-day operations of UK holiday lets and serviced accommodation properti
  • es.Oversee Airbnb and Booking.com accoun
  • ts.Manage our channel manager (Lodgify) to ensure calendars and listings remain accura
  • te.Handle guest communication via chat and phone with professionalism and excellent customer servi
  • ce.Manage bookings and calendars across multiple platfor
  • ms.Onboard new properties, including creating listings, uploading photos, writing descriptions, and setting up prici
  • ng.Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and tradespeop
  • le.Schedule and manage cleaning teams to ensure properties are guest-rea
  • dy.Oversee guest check-ins and check-ou
  • ts.Maintain property compliance documentation, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, insurance documents, and other required recor
  • ds.Monitor operations, identify process improvements, and help reduce operational cos
  • ts.Utilize dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs (or simila
  • r).Manage guest messaging automation platforms such as ChargeAutomati
