We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives to drive new client acquisition and fuel business growth! In this role, you’ll connect with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and SMS, negotiate deals, and secure orders while building strong employer relationships. You’ll also match candidates to the right opportunities, support interview processes, and consistently deliver qualified endorsements.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and SMS to support interviews and placements.
- Build and maintain employer relationships while monitoring hiring metrics to achieve KPIs.
- Match candidates to appropriate roles and clearly explain job requirements and benefits.
- Review candidate profiles and suggest improvements to resumes.
- Address hiring needs by promoting candidates and available services.
- Coordinate interview schedules and consistently endorse qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 2 years proven B2B sales experience.
- Skilled in preparing professional documents, manuals, and related materials.
- Strong negotiation abilities with effective conflict resolution skills.
- Business‑oriented mindset is a plus.
- Prior experience using CRM systems is highly preferred.
