Cons: While things are generally efficient, some internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, especially during peak project phases. This can sometimes lead to minor bottlenecks. Additionally, while career growth paths exist, more structured mentorship programs or clearer advancement criteria would be beneficial for junior engineers aiming for senior roles.
