Pros: One of the biggest strengths here is the leadership. Managers and team leads are very approachable and genuinely care about our professional growth. They provide clear direction for our software development projects and are always open to new ideas, which really encourages initiative among the team. Cons: While leadership is strong, sometimes communication about company-wide changes or long-term strategic plans could be improved, especially as StackAmplify continues to expand its IT services. During peak project periods, the workload can get pretty intense, and while support is there, sometimes the approval processes for additional resources could be a bit quicker. It's a growing company, so some of these growing pains are expected but could be refined.
Advice to Management: I'd advise management to continue fostering open communication channels, especially as the company scales. Regular updates on the bigger picture and future direction would be greatly appreciated by the Gusto and other technical teams. Also, streamline resource approval to help manage intense workloads more efficiently for future software development projects.
