Cons: The biggest challenge for me as a Project Manager was the leadership. There's often a lack of clear direction from the top, especially for new BPO solutions. Decision-making feels really slow, and communication isn't always transparent, which gets frustrating.
Advice to Management: Work on improving internal communication and providing clearer strategies, especially for new initiatives. Better training for mid-level managers on leading remote teams within the professional services sector would also help a lot.
