Management needs to step up their game
Pros: Working remote as a Customer Service Representative had some perks. I liked not having a commute. The pay for the BPO industry was pretty decent for entry-level roles.
Cons: Leadership here is tough. Managers often give conflicting directions. There's not much clear communication from the top down, especially for remote teams. It makes your job harder.
Advice to Management: Invest more in leadership training. Ensure consistent messaging across teams and provide better support for remote employees. Your frontline staff needs clear guidance.
