There's a genuine focus on open communication within our remote design team, and everyone is always willing to help out, which is great for learning and professional growth in
Cons: While the open-source culture is largely positive, sometimes the distributed nature of our remote work in Papua, Indonesia, can lead to occasional delays in project approval processes. It's not a huge issue, but sometimes feedback loops for SVG graphics iterations on the wellness app could be a bit quicker. There could also be more structured pathways for career growth or mentorship programs, especially for those looking to specialize further within the digital design industry.
