QuantFi is a high frequency trading firm that uses an in-house built trading strategy to optimize and stabilize worldwide cryptocurrency exchanges through low-latency connections. By offering liquidity and stabilizing factors between ask and bid prices on spot markets, we effectively, ‘make these markets’, in order to guarantee stable and fair pricing for everybody.
In the fast paced, volatile and maturing crypto industry, we are a stabilizer and a strong force to trust upon. As a market maker and high frequency trading firm, we aim to grow and mature the young and opportunity-rich environment that the world of crypto is. No matter the market conditions, we are constantly offering liquidity in order to ensure that exchanges work properly and spreads are tightened as well as possible. The hybrid work setup is excellent, offering real flexibility which is crucial for maintaining a good personal life balance. Colleagues are bright and supportive, making collaboration smooth. It’s a great place to learn and grow technically.
Cons: While leadership has made efforts to improve, strategic direction can sometimes feel a bit unclear, leading to occasional shifts in priorities. More consistent and transparent communication from senior management about long-term goals would be beneficial for everyone. Sometimes, the pace can be intense, which, while exciting, can also be demanding.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering transparency in leadership communication and strategic planning. Recognize and celebrate team achievements more often to boost morale.
