Pros: I really appreciate the flexibility RayFlexCom offers, especially the hybrid work setup which allows for good work-life balance. Being able to structure my week with some remote days makes a big difference. There are also decent opportunities for skill development, and the engineering team is collaborative and supportive. It’s a stable role in the Netherlands tech industry.
Cons: While career growth is present, sometimes the progression feels a bit slow or unclear for senior roles. The pay and benefits package is competitive but could be a bit more generous compared to some other tech companies in the region. Navigation through some of the internal processes can also be a bit cumbersome at times.
Advice to Management: Consider more structured career development paths for senior engineers and reviewing the compensation packages to stay competitive. Enhancing internal process efficiency would also be beneficial.
