Pros: The team culture at Gravity is incredibly collaborative, and I genuinely enjoyed working with my colleagues. As a project manager in the tech services sector, I felt I had good opportunities to take on new responsibilities and expand my skillset. The company offers decent flexibility, which was great for managing my personal life while still delivering on project goals. My experience here was largely positive due to the people I worked with.
Cons: While most aspects were good, I sometimes found the senior leadership's communication to be a bit unclear, especially regarding long-term strategic direction. This occasionally made planning more challenging. There were also periods where workload felt high, but that's fairly typical for the fast-paced tech industry. Improving top-down messaging would make a big difference.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more regular, transparent communication channels from senior leadership regarding company strategy and priorities. This would help align teams and reduce uncertainty during busy periods.
