In essentie is PVM een vastgoed consultancy bureau. We bestaan uit een hecht team van zo'n 100 experts op het gebied van allerlei onderwerpen en thema's die vandaag de dag belangrijk zijn voor vastgoed.
Denk hierbij aan zaken duurzaamheid, financiële aspecten, wetgeving en (brand)veiligheid.
Maar eerlijk gezegd kijken we graag verder dan zulk soort containers. Breder, vooral. Het woord integraal is niet voor niets een cliché binnen de vastgoedmarkt: een overkoepelende blik is onmisbaar om complexe zaken met talloze stakeholders in goede banen te leiden.
Ons doel is om de gebruikers tevreden te stellen en daardoor de waarde van het vastgoed te behouden en te verhogen en daarmee organisaties in staat te stellen het vastgoed op een efficiënte wijze te exploiteren en te beheren.
