Maratan means a second chance in Arabic en shows our vision that everyone deserves a second chance. Maratan's mission is to sustainably provide talented and reliable personnel, while creating a social impact. We are experienced in recruitment and selection of newcomers.
In the next 2 years we aim to support more than 500 newcomers in getting a new job matching their skills. Maratan is currently active in healthcare and dental care. We have vacancies for candidates on different levels of nurses, doctors and specialists.

Pros: The best part about working at Maratan is definitely the people. My colleagues are incredibly supportive and collaborative, making day-to-day work enjoyable. We often tackle interesting and complex projects within the IT consulting space, which keeps things engaging. The flexibility offered, especially for remote work, is a huge plus.
Cons: While the team dynamic is great, career progression can sometimes feel a bit opaque. It's not always clear what steps are needed to advance, and sometimes management communication on strategic direction could be more consistent. The compensation, while fair, isn't the highest in the industry.
